Mill Creek Falls

The Mill Creek Falls neighborhood is one of the largest single-family housing development projects built in the City of Cleveland in more than 50 years. This 222-unit single-family housing development, located on Turney Road, combines turn of the century architectural styles reminiscent of wonderful historic Cleveland neighborhoods with modern conveniences that make new housing so attractive to buyers.  The Mill Creek Falls neighborhood is a unique blend of the old and new, with an active neighborhood association.  Surrounded by 35 acres of heavily wooded, preserved parkland linked to the Cleveland Metroparks’ Garfield Park Reservation, Mill Creek also boasts a beautiful 9-mile long stream which runs through the development, feeding the 45-foot tall Mill Creek Falls less than a half mile away.

Historic Warszawa – Fleet Avenue

The neighborhood surrounding Fleet Avenue has long been considered the “heart of Slavic Village”.  As a main commercial district, this area offers quaint “worker cottages”. The brand new Mound K-8 Science Technology Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) School is also located in this neighborhood.


Deriving its name from the Catholic Church established on Francis Avenue in 1906, the Hyacinth neighborhood boasts a diverse, energetic population. The community is home to the “The Hyacinth Lofts”, an artists’ community located in the completely renovated Waterman Building, a former Board of Education Warehouse.  The new Elizabeth Baptist Church and developments such as the lush Hyacinth Park and a new community garden serve as daily reminders of the neighborhood’s vitality and its bright future.  Hyacinth remains a wonderful place to work and live.

Forest City

Adjacent to Washington Park Reservation, the Forest City neighborhood offers an incredibly unique urban living experience.  A quaint enclave of single-family homes just west of I-77, the Forest City area is within walking distance of the Washington Park Reservation. This Cleveland Metropark is home to the Horticultural Center and School, First Tee golf course and 30-station driving range, sports fields, a picnic shelter and all purpose trails.  The Forest City neighborhood brings new meaning to living green in the city!


Trailside is an exciting new neighborhood growing in the heart of Slavic Village.  Construction began in 2013. The new Trailside development  offers the perfect home for those looking to take advantage of city life, and become a part of something very special. Trailside is nestled in a strong neighborhood of homeowners and is adjacent to Third Federal Savings and Loan’s world headquarters.  Located along the Morgana Run multipurpose trail at the intersection of E. 71st Street and Aetna Road, the Trailside community offers a variety of housing types, including detached single family homes and townhomes.  The homes themselves are being designed with an eye toward sustainability and energy efficiency, and include the latest in green construction.  Two and three bedroom units will be available, at a price point that makes new construction something to consider once again.  Down payment assistance and 15-year property tax abatement will be available.
