Storefront Renovation Program

The Storefront Renovation Program (SRP) offers a 40 percent rebate or low interest loan for approved exterior renovations to commercial buildings.  The rebate is available in targeted areas.  Low interest loans are also available for renovations to any commercial building within the SVD service area.

Technical Assistance

Slavic Village Development offers free, one-on-one technical assistance to small businesses for start-ups, expansion and relocation.  Assistance includes site selection, business planning, loan/grant packaging, real estate development, and permitting.  For more information, contact Ben Campbell at benc@slavicvillage.org.
