Let’s Grow, Slavic Village!

Broadway Farmers’ Market

2013 NEW LOCATION!

Mondays, 4 pm -7 pm
June – September
(June 24th-September 30th)
Broadway Ave & Portage Ave (near E. 55th in the Broadway Historic District!)

The Broadway Farmers’ Market, entering it’s fourth season, is facilitated by Slavic Village Development and seeks to increase access to healthy food and engage residents, businesses and organizations in our community. Previously known as the Warszawa Farmers’ Market, the Broadway Farmers’ Market has moved to Broadway and Portage Avenues, near the intersection of E. 55th in the Broadway Historic District!

Broadway Farmers’ Market supports the local food movement and its holistic nature. We believe local food is vital to the health of our economy, our neighborhoods, and the people who live within them. We offer an alternative shopping experience and a neighborhood destination that features local farm fresh food and products straight from the source. Serving up much more than food, our market creates a gathering place to celebrate and foster a healthy community.

Assistance for New Produce Vendors

Growhio is continuing its vendor assistance program through 2012! Under the program, furnished vendor “incubator” booth space and technical assistance is available at 8 Cleveland area farmers’ markets for new vendors. The program is open to farmers who have not vended at a farmers’ market before and will sell specialty crops (i.e. fruits, vegetables, herbs, honey and/or maple syrup). Please email info@growhio.org for more information.
